With the Berlin representative office, VAN HAM is expanding its portfolio for customers in northern and eastern Germany. In the future, the highlights of the auctions will be presented here during previews, accompanied by an exciting supporting programme. At the regular appraisal days with the experts from Cologne, works of art from all departments, decorative arts, as well as jewellery and watches will be appraised free of charge and without obligation.
Katrin Stangenberg has successfully managed the representative office in Hamburg-Pöseldorf since 2015. She holds a doctorate in law and worked for twelve years as an independent consultant, lecturer and author. Since 2004, she has been a board member of the largest circle of friends of the Hamburger Kunsthallem (18,000 members). She deepened her passion for contemporary art by studying at the University of Hamburg. It has long been her wish to represent VAN HAM in the lively and exciting art scene of Berlin.
