The collector - a renowned German gallery owner, art historian and literary scholar - produced numerous editions of important German artists, including Emil Schumacher, Bernard Schultze and Karl Otto Götz, with his first graphics publishing house in Germany, founded in 1957. The auction now includes an exciting cross-section of the collection.
